Refund policy
Chasby does accept returns, within 30 days, hopefully before that. (Items must be in as shipped condition, and re-sellable.) Any damage or visible wear & tear on item, will reduce refund amount.
IF the product is damaged in transit, this problem is then a carrier's responsibility, contact me with pictures of damage, and I can get the claim going. Depending on carrier, I may be able to send another of the same item ordered before claim is settled.
IF product is NOT what you ordered (mistakes happen!) contact Chasby immediately and I will make mis -order right, either by sending the right item or issuing credit. Depending on item, Chasby may just issue credit, or may send a return shipping label to return item. Look for a discount code for a next order IF this does happen!
If customer has re-considered or just doesn't like purchase, please contact me and we will discuss options. I will accept the return (again with above rule) with customer paying return shipping charges. Please contact me for a return label, as I may be able to send a reduced price shipping label. Refund will be made when Chas-E-Sales (My registered parent company) receives return and is inspected for any damage.
